MarketSphere currently owns and operates MarketSphere Unclaimed Property, EMMsphere, MDR Group #250, and iCatch. The company’s core objective is to incubate, develop, operate and grow each business, maximizing their potential on the MarketSphere platform.
History and Evolution
MarketSphere Consulting was founded in 2002 as a consulting firm helping clients improve business performance, leverage technology, and increase market share through a broad range of advisory and technology solutions. The original vision was simple…’to be the most respected business advisor in the markets we serve.’ Over the first 10 years, revenues grew by 2,000%, headcount increased to more than 250 employees, 13 physical office locations were established around the country, and some of the largest companies in the world engaged MarketSphere as a trusted advisor.
During its evolution, MarketSphere transformed itself from a broad, market-based consulting firm to a solution-oriented model that focused on core businesses. Along the way, MarketSphere developed new practices within existing businesses and started new ventures as market demands were identified. MarketSphere organically built a premier Oracle consulting business, focusing on Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Performance Management, and Business Intelligence technologies, as well as industry-leading Enterprise Marketing Management and Unclaimed Property businesses.
In September 2013, MarketSphere made a strategic decision to divest of its world-class Oracle consulting business to enable it to grow and prosper on a larger strategic platform. This transaction led to the restructuring of MarketSphere Consulting and the formation of MarketSphere Ventures.

We are committed to building mutually-beneficial relationships not only with our clients but with the civic and charitable organizations in our communities. Our employees and their families have honored us with their personal involvement in the community.
MarketSphere is proud to be a longtime supporter of United Way in our local communities. Many of our employees also serve in leadership roles with community organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, Completely Kids, Catholic Charities, and Junior Achievement.
